[bakefile-devel] svn ignore rules

'svn st' at the top level returns a lot of noise after the tree is
built. Add these lines to the ignore rules to quiet it down:

top level:
.deps
.libs
aclocal.m4
autom4te.cache
configure
config.*
libtool
Makefile
Makefile.in

doc:
Makefile
Makefile.in

doc/html:
*.html

noticed...
